How to raise your vibrational frequency

Firstly, what’s the whole point of raising your vibration?

Well, when you raise your intrinsic vibration, you earn more money, have better relationships, have better health, think clearer, more energy, more creativity.

You become a better version of you when your vibration is high.

You may or may not have been aware of this, but, absolutely everything vibrates.

How?

Because of the atom.

Everything but everything is made up of atoms.

Water.
Skin.
Blood.
Bone.
Stone.
And even air.

The atom is the smallest particle that is made up of more than one thing. It has a passive proton (female) and an active electron (male) that spins around the proton and depending on the substance, there is a neutron too (neither male nor female).

So if the very thing that makes up everything else is vibrating, then everything is vibrating. We just can’t perceive it.

You need to know this and understand this because you cannot perceive it.

In fact, your perception will tell you that nothing is vibrating and everything is still.

This is the perception but not the truth.

Your understanding of this can and MUST supersede your perception.

THERE ARE 3 WAYS THAT ABSOLUTELY ANYBODY CAN RAISE THEIR VIBRATION SUSTAINABLY.

1) DIET – only eat high vibration food.

If you eat low vibration food, you will lower the vibration of your personal energy mass we call a body.

If you only eat high vibration foods, you will not risk the lowering of your vibration.

Think of it like this: imagine you went to fill your car with petrol only to find out that the wrong liquid went in to your petrol tank.
If you got a cringe at the mere thought of it, that should be how you cringe at the mere thought of putting low vibration foods into your body.

2) ENDORPHINS – exercise!

Now I’m not just talking about a brisk walk around the block or in the park.

I’m talking sweat dripping off your face.

When you exert yourself like that (a concerted physical effort for 20-30 minutes), your brain will reward you by releasing endorphin and you will feel amazing and focused and strong and alive.

3) MOMENTUM TOWARDS MEANINGFUL GOALS – make a to-do list and write down everything thing, small and large, that you have to do in a week and CRUSH IT!!

If you finish a week and look at your to-do list with lines through most of the items, you will feel amazing.

There are other specialist ways to raise your vibration like sound baths, plant medicine and meditation among others.

These Shadow beliefs act as “frequency jammers” that keep you out of your desired bandwidth of vibrational frequency and keep your patterns and blockages alive.
