Integrity.
A congruence or alignment of words with actions.
When, why, HOW did this become such a rare quality?
If you say you’re going to do something and you don’t, that’s not small. It’s huge.
It’s a soul thing.
The definition of integrity is whole, complete or undivided. When you are out of integrity (with your word), you will feel incomplete.
When you tell someone you will do something, you form a contract with your spoken word that if broken, actually has serious energetic ramifications.
It’s not a communication problem, it’s an INTEGRITY problem.
If you said you were going to do something and you didn’t and you found some reason to justify why it was ok, you have an integrity problem.
